I am committed to continually improving our processes by working directly with our customers and vendors. Some customers have even had me consult with their engineers during their research and development phase, to nip a potential design problem in the bud.

As an operationally-involved CEO, I take a hands-on approach and I am fastidious about the details and delivering a perfectly finished product, in the least amount of time possible.

Fusion Coatings was founded in 1984 by Paul Fleury and his wife, Julie. Known industry-wide for their specialty in intricate, detailed and volume masking, they have set the standards for high quality powder coating and on-time delivery from their state-of-the-art Northern California facility.

A natural problem solver, Paul is often called in as a Consultant to his customers to help them specify masking drawings to achieve the right finished product. Their full-service, in-house pre-treatment of parts ensures a faster and more efficient turnaround; and they’re in compliance with all regulations and stay up to date with the emerging technologies

of the industry.
